BIO

Natalia Hatzopoulou, also known as Natalia Hatz, was born on August 3, 2000, in Greece. She is an emerging composer as well as a classically trained cellist and pianist.

She began composition from a young age and has won numerous awards ever since, (#1 Winner in the Oticons Faculty International Film Music Competition 2022 among others.)

Notable collaborations include her work with director Peter Horgan in the soundtrack for short films:
Chooch (2025), Ready to Die (2019) and his feature film How to Rob (2022).

She made music for animation
SAFO (2026), El Salto de la Rana (2026) and video games Elysian Siege (2025)

Her concert works have been performed by youth and professional ensembles around the world: Three Dragons (2020), Forest Quartet (2021), Odyssey (2022), Iris (2025) etc.

In 2023, she graduated from the NKUA in Music Studies (Specialisation in Music Technology) with High Honors. 

She received her M.M in Scoring for Film, Television and Video Games from Berklee College of Music (Valencia) in 2025.
